Atlantic Group realized the importance of research and development in the pharmaceutical business. Therefore, in 1992, the group cooperated with a Chinese Professor in initiating clinical trials involving the breakthrough anti-malarial products of Artesunate and Artemether.
As a result of this successful project, Atlantic Laboratories registered these two products in both Thailand and Myanmar. These products were later listed as recommended by the World Health Organization

Atlantic Group serves all facets of the pharmaceutical industry; production, distribution and exportation. Atlantic laboratories produces 820 million capsules and tablets per year; 30 million ampoules;
34 million liquid vials and dry powder vials; 100,000 kilograms of cream and 150,000 liters of liquid preparations. Atlantic Laboratories has held GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) status for every dosage form for the last ten years. We have formulated and registered more than one hundred products in over 20 countries.
